Since Tiki Trees are custom made for your bird, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required to begin construction. This deposit is applied to the total price. An order is considered "placed" when the deposit is received. The construction of your tree will then begin. An email will be sent to confirm the deposit has been received. An Invoice will be included in the email to confirm your order and balance due when your tree is completed.
The balance (total price including accessories minus deposit amount) is due when your tree is completed and ready to deliver, ship or pick up. Full payment must be made before final delivery or shipment or at time of pick up.
I usually have the trees completed and ready to deliver, ship or pick up in 14 days.
Delivery and shipping charges will be on the Invoice sent to your email. I can usually deliver within 120 miles.
